Autopsify sells a diagnostic, not an outcome. This page states plainly what the site claims, what it does not claim, and what has not yet been settled.

Status
What is settled, and what is not
These terms cover this website. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer, and the items below are not yet settled — they are named rather than filled in.

These are not yet settled. They are named here rather than left blank or filled with a placeholder.
- Contracting entity
- Autopsify is operated by its founder. No company has been incorporated, so no company name, number or registered address is stated on this site. None is invented in the meantime.
- Legal review
- These pages have not been reviewed by a lawyer and are not presented as if they had been.
- Sub-processors
- The infrastructure providers used to host the application and its database are not yet published as a list, and no data processing agreement has been signed with any of them.
- International transfers
- The transfer basis depends on the hosting region and the contracting entity's jurisdiction, neither of which is settled.
- Backup retention
- Deletion described on this site refers to the live database. Whether, and for how long, data persists in the hosting provider's backups has not been verified, so nothing is claimed about it.

What you are reading
Information, not an offer
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. A diagnostic is agreed directly with the merchant, in writing, after a readiness check on their store data — and the readiness check can refuse.
Not advice
The Blueprint is a diagnostic. It is not an audit, and it is not financial, accounting, tax or legal advice.
No guaranteed outcome
We do not guarantee any increase in revenue, profit, margin, return on ad spend, conversion rate or any other result. Figures used as examples are illustrative.
Example reports are synthetic
Every sample report shown on this site is produced from synthetic data on a fictional brand and is labelled as such. None of them represents a real customer, and no outcome shown in one has been achieved by any real business.
Accuracy
How claims on this site are made
Where a claim rests on a third party's published figure, it is attributed. Where something is not known, this site says so rather than estimating it — the same rule the product applies to a merchant's own figures. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites we link to.
Ownership
What belongs to whom
The site's content, the diagnostic method and the report format are ours. A delivered Blueprint, and every figure in it relating to your business, are yours.
